Despite his older man appearance and using a cane for his bad knee, he has a few alliances with some buff robots that can take care of some ne'er-do-wellers.

His best friend, tied with him, made a deal with a "devil" to revive him, sacrificing himself in the process. Sukh walked free, refusing to return to his clan, instead venturing beyond the Steppe. He made his way as a pickpocket for many years before being taken in by his current employer and trained to be a mercenary for hire. Eventually, he found himself in Solution Nine, fascinated with their culture but unwilling to participate in wearing a regulator for fear that he might undo himself.

There’s no telling if it was a success, as Haze is still young and Sophrosyne is dead, but Haze’s feathers, fangs, and claws raise a lot of questions regarding of late scientist’s methods—and true intentions.Despite being on his first life, Haze wears an unusual variation of a regulator at all times. He may be a bit sheltered and naive, unaware of how truly messed up his life as a test subject was, but nothing can convince him to remove the device.Who cares, anyway? He’d much rather talk about the world outside S9 and get to know all the interesting people from there, thus why he can also be found tending at La Vipere when he’s not getting hopelessly lost exploring.
